Wicker Consulting LLC is a partnership consultancy founded by Alison and Michael Wicker, bringing over 20 years of combined humanitarian, development, and technical expertise across global contexts. Where We Work

Anywhere. We met in North Iraq and have since expanded our network to serve across the globe. From Mozambique to Yemen to Costa Rica, we love that each context has its own strengths and challenges. That’s why we believe in the power of listening and rely heavily on the voice of the community to shape and guide everything that we do. We are based in Costa Rica and travel extensively to provide on the ground guidance and training.
